Fiat Stilo background information
Fiat Stilo (type 192) – a family of compact cars from the Italian manufacturer Fiat, represented by bodies “hatchback” and “wagon”.
The Fiat Stilo’s 3- and 5-door hatchbacks replaced the Fiat Bravo / Brava in 2001. At the end of 2002, the Fiat Stilo MultiWagon replaced the Fiat Marea Weekend. The car belongs to the golf class (C-class). Fiat Stilo is designed on a flexible front-wheel drive platform “Fiat C2-platform” (CDH), the same as the Alfa Romeo 147. The design of this car provides for the installation of independent torsion bar with independent front beams and torsion bar with twist-beam (twisted torso) ) behind. The main competitors of Fiat Stilo are Peugeot 307, Honda Civic, Vauxhall Astra.
The model features a wide range of basic and optional equipment, including power steering, climate control, electric windows and mirrors, heated seats and washer nozzles, cruise control, parking sensors, upgraded Connect system, eight airbags and other equipment.
