Fiat 124 Spider – rear-wheel drive roadster of the Italian car manufacturer Fiat. Created on the basis of the Japanese Mazda MX-5 and manufactured at the Mazda plant in Hiroshima since 2016.
In 2012, Mazda and Alfa Romeo, then two divisions of the Fiat Group, announced the creation of a joint venture to produce a rear-wheel drive roadster on a common platform, but differ in corporate style and engines.
