2nd generation (XC30), 2010–2016
In February 2010, the Toyota Passo went through a generational change. The car platform remained the same, however, the body design was changed to a more “harmless” one. The 1-liter 1KR-FE engine was left unchanged, and the previous 1.3-liter K3-VE was replaced with a 1NR-FE (95 hp) of the same displacement. The automatic transmission was replaced by a variator. The model is presented in two basic versions: “Passo” and “Passo + Hana”. The first combines high safety performance, the second including a special design of the front bumper and headlights, as well as an improved interior.
3rd generation, 2016
Produced in Japan since 2016 and sold locally only. Toyota Passo is equipped with a 1-liter 3-cylinder engine with a capacity of 69 liters. with. in combination with a variator. The drive can be front or full. The model is offered in two versions, differing in the design of the front part of the body. The Passo Moda has rounded headlights and a two-tone paint job.
