Pontiac G3 background information
The Pontiac G3 is a complete copy of the Chevrolet Aveo model, differing only in the emblem and grille. For the first time, a sedan with that name went on sale in Mexico in 2007, and in early 2009, the Pontiac G3 hatchback entered the US market. In Canada, the model was first called the Pontiac Wave, in 2008 it was called the G3 Wave, and later just the G3.
