Honda Fit / Jazz background information
Honda Jazz is a massive Japanese car that belongs to the B segment according to the European classification. It has the shape of a body with a high roof, which distinguishes it from cars of this class. In his homeland, Japan, he is popular: he was twice chosen as the “Car of the Year”: 2001-2002, 2007-2008. In the 2009-2010 season, the Car of the Year in Japan competition was held for the thirtieth time, and in December 2009, Fit was recognized as the “Japanese Car of the Decade”.
Under the name Fit the car is known in Japan, China, North and South America. Called Jazz – in Europe, some Asian countries, Australia, Oceania, the Middle East and Africa.
In the development process, several modifications of the car – S, SE and EX, which differ in the level of equipment. The main competitors of the minivan are Ford Fiesta, Opel Corsa, Skoda Fabia, Volkswagen Polo, Renault Clio, Peugeot 208, Toyota Yaris, Nissan Note, Hyundai i20 and SEAT Ibiza.
