The Toyota Blade hatchback, intended only for the Japanese market, was produced from 2006 to 2012. It was, in fact, a version of the Toyota Auris, but with richer equipment and more powerful engines. The appearance of the car was also slightly different.
The basic version of the Toyota Blade was equipped with a 2.4-liter engine (167 hp) paired with a variator and had front or all-wheel drive. Under the hood of a more powerful modification was a V6 3.5 engine, developing 280 forces, and a six-speed automatic transmission, such a machine had front-wheel drive.
