Citroen Evasion Background information
The Citroen Evasion minivan began to be produced in 1994 in France. This car was created as part of a joint venture between PSA and Fiat, its “twins” were the Fiat Ulysse, Lancia Zeta and Peugeot 806.
The car was equipped with gasoline engines 1.8 (99 HP), 2.0 (121 HP) and 2.0 Turbo with a capacity of 147 HP. with. In 2000, all of them were replaced by a new two-liter 132-horsepower engine, paired with which it was possible to order a four-speed “automatic”. Turbo diesel engines with a volume of 1.9 and 2.1 liters developed 90 and 109 liters. with. After 2000, Citroen Evasion began to offer a 109 hp 2.0 HDi diesel engine.
In 2002, this model was replaced by the Citroen C8 minivan. In the UK and Irish markets, Evasion was called Citroen Synergie.
