Cadillac STS background information
The Cadillac STS (Seville Touring Sedan or Touring Sedan S-Series) is a mid-size four-door sedan manufactured by Cadillac from 2004 to 2011. In China, the car was sold until 2013, an extended version was sold here under the name Cadillac SLS.
The car is based on the rear-wheel drive platform GM Sigma. There was an all-wheel drive version.
At the 2005 Detroit Motor Show, a sports version of the Cadillac STS-V with a 4.4-liter inflatable engine Northstar LC3 V8 supercharged with 469 hp was presented.
