Manual for repair, operation and maintenance, design features of Fiat Scudo cars produced in 1998-2007, with diesel engines with a working volume of 1.9, 2.0 liters.
The manuals contain general information about the device of the car, the content and frequency of maintenance work, a description of the main types of work on the repair of engines, chassis and electrical equipment.
The information on the principle of operation, design and possible malfunctions of power supply and engine control systems from single-point injection systems of gasoline engines to the most modern power supply and control systems for diesel engines with a high-pressure accumulating fuel manifold “Common Rail”. Due attention is paid to the description of the elements of injection control systems, such as sensors, electronic control units, actuators.
The electrical diagrams of Fiat Scudo, given in the manual, are accompanied by instructions for using three types of diagrams: a schematic diagram, an electrical circuit diagram and an arrangement diagram of elements.
The Fiat Scudo user manual describes the method of functional grouping of electrical components into systems and subsystems, which greatly facilitates the use of circuits.

Fiat Scudo background information
Fiat Scudo is a family of minibuses that Fiat produced in Europe from 1995 to 2016.
In 2016, it was replaced by Fiat Talento. In 2022, production of the third generation Scudo began.
First Generation 222 (1995–2007)
The first generation of Scudo front-wheel drive vans began production in 1995 at the SEVEL joint venture in France, along with structural counterparts Citroën Jumpy and Peugeot Expert.
The Fiat Scudo is a medium-sized minibus. It is bigger than the Fiat Doblo and smaller than the Fiat Ducato. The standard passenger modification Combinato is very popular and is widely used by taxi services. It can accommodate up to seven people.
The load capacity of the Fiat Scudo car of the first generation was 815-900 kg, and the space inside the car was 4 m³ with a cabin length of 2059 mm. The distance between the wheel arches was 1220 mm, which allowed to load into the car two europallets.
Second generation 272 (2007–2016)
In 2007, a new generation of Fiat Scudo minibus called the Panorama was introduced. When designing the exterior design, the designers relied on the appearance of the Fiat Ducato. In general, the concept of the new Scudo is spacious, comfortable and attractive. If we talk about space, the total volume of the luggage compartment will be 770 liters. The capacity and load capacity of the car have been increased. The volume of the interior of the car is from 5 to 7 m2, and the load capacity has increased to 1200 kg. The car can now accommodate up to 9 passengers. Naturally, this space will increase significantly if the second and third rows of seats are folded or dismantled. The second feature – convenience, it means the comfort of the cabin, ergonomic controls, ease of driving. And the last feature – the style, which is expressed in the fact that the new Fiat Scudo has a dynamic look, in many ways reminiscent of the appearance of a sports wagon.
