BYD S6 background information
BYD S6 is a large five -seater crossover presented for the first time on the Beijing Automobile show in the spring of 2010. BYD S6 is equipped with 6 safety pillows, independent front and rear suspensions of the Macherson type, and is delivered with a steering hydraulic amplifier with an adjustable steering angle. BYD S6 is completed with various additional innovative options, audio system with 11 built-in speakers, DVD player with a 7 “touch display with a built-in” digital television “and 4.3” double TFT LCD with a sensor.
The car is equipped with a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder diesel engine with turbocharging. Such a motor is able to disperse the car from 0 to 100 km / h in less than 5 seconds. The power unit is paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission.
According to the results of the crash tests conducted according to the C-NCAP (China-NCAP), the BYD S6 car received five stars for security. In the course of the BYD S6, 46 points of 50 were scored.
