Cadillac CTS-V

Cadillac CTS 2 (2007-2014)

In late 2007, Cadillac released the second generation CTS. The car increased in size, received a diesel version of the engine and versions of the station wagon and coupe.

The second generation Cadillac CTS-V received a new V8 with 556 hp. (564 hp in Europe). According to the manufacturer, acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h is only 4.2 seconds, top speed is 282 km / h for the model with automatic transmission, and 308 km / h for the version with manual transmission.

Cadillac CTS 3 (2013-present time)

In 2013, the third generation Cadillac CTS debuted in the sedan body at the New York Motor Show. The car is equipped with three petrol engines to choose from: 2.0 l LTG Ecotec P4 turbo with 272 hp, 3.6 l LFX V6 with 321 hp. and a 3.6-liter LF3 V6 turbo with 420 hp.

CTS provides a combination of comfort, quiet and sporty driving characteristics. The Luxury version is equipped with a 3.6-liter V6 engine with 321 horsepower. This engine provides the car with sufficient speed, even though it accelerates from 0 to 96.5 km / h in 6.8 seconds, the result is slightly worse than shown by the nearest competitors.
