Citroen C-Zero background information

The Citroen C-Zero is an all-electric car from Citroen. It went on sale in the European market in 2010. By the way, this is the second electric car of the French company. Full electric technology is one of the solutions used to reduce fuel consumption, emissions and greenhouse gas emissions. The car is driven by a 64-horsepower engine, whose maximum torque reaches 180 Nm. The electric motor draws its energy from a set of lithium-ion batteries, which allows the model to move 130 km without recharging. The dynamics are impressive: the top speed is 130 km / h, the speed of 100 km / h is reached in 15.9 seconds.

According to the official press release of the French company, it will take 6 hours to fully charge the batteries from a 220 V network, and recharging through specialized machines that have one phase with a current of 125 A at a voltage of 400 Volts allows you to charge the battery in just 30 minutes.
