Changan CS15 background information
Changan CS15 – urban crossover passenger car produced under the Chinese Changan brand since 2015.
In November 2015, during the International Motor Show in the Chinese city, Kanton Changan presented the smallest crossover in its offer in the form of the urban CS15 model. In the current offer, he replaced a similar size model called EX20 in 2010.
The vehicle was created as a response to similar size vehicles of foreign manufacturers, such as Ford Ecosport or Peugeot 2008. Changan CS15 also established a smaller and cheaper alternative to the longer, above positioned CS35 model.
In the visual interview, Changan CS15 was distinguished by a box -like silhouette, with a narrow and high body with a vertically cut rear part of the body, as well as aggressively shaped headlights and a trapezoidal pattern of the radiator cooler finished with chrome. In terms of equipment, Changan used an extensive list of solutions, such as the improved ESP Bosch system, reversing camera, tire pressure sensor or a hill support system.
In a technical point of view, the manufacturer offered both a manual and automatic dual-clutch transmission, but the range of power units has created only one gasoline gasoline engine with a capacity of 1.5-liter.
