Clock


REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

Except Legacy, Impreza and SVX

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Using a small prytool, pry the clock assembly from the dash panel.
  3. Lift out the clock assembly, and detach the wire harness from the rear of the clock.

To install:

  1. Attach the wire harness to the rear of the clock.
  2. Press the clock into the hole in the dash panel.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
  4. Set the clock to the correct time, and check to make sure it keeps correct time.

Legacy, Impreza and SVX

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the dash trim panel.
  3. Disconnect the clock wire harness from the back side of the clock.
  4. From the back side of the trim panel, remove the clock assembly from the retainer tabs, using a suitable prytool.

To install:

  1. Install the clock into the rear of the dash panel. Make sure all retainer tabs engage.
  2. Attach the wire harness to the rear of the clock assembly.
  3. Install the dash trim panel into the dash assembly.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
  5. Set the clock to the correct time, and check to make sure it keeps correct time.
