Remove the four bolts to remove the front heat shield cover.
1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2. Disconnect the connector from oxygen (A/F) sensor. (gasoline engine only) 
3. Remove the exhaust pipe.
• Gasoline engine model (DOHC):

4. Remove the four bolts to remove the front heat shield cover.

1. Remove the rear exhaust pipe.

2. Remove the propeller shaft. (Turbo model only)
3. Remove the bolts (A) and nuts (B), and remove the center heat shield cover.
1. Remove the muffler.

• Diesel engine model:
2. Remove the bolts, and remove the rear heat shield cover.
• 5 door model
• 4 door model
