• Except for 2.0 L Euro 5 model
NOTE:
For disassembly procedures of intake manifold for 2.0 L Euro 5 model, refer to the removal of multi-function duct assembly. 
1. Disconnect the engine ground terminal from the intake manifold.
2. Remove the throttle body.
3. Remove the EGR valve.
4. Remove the purge control solenoid valve.
5. Remove the fuel pipe protector LH.
6. Remove the harness band (A) which holds the engine harness to the fuel injector pipe, and disconnect connector (B) from the fuel injector.
7. Remove the fuel pipe protector RH.
8. Remove the harness band (A) which holds the engine harness to the fuel injector pipe, and disconnect connector (B) from the fuel injector.
9. Remove the bolts holding the engine harness to the intake manifold, and remove the engine harness.
10. Remove the bolts which hold fuel injector pipe onto intake manifold.

• LH side
11. Remove the fuel injectors from the fuel injector pipe.
12. Loosen the clamps holding the fuel hose to the fuel pipe and the fuel injector pipe LH, and remove the fuel injector pipes RH and LH.
13. Remove the bolts holding the fuel pipe to the intake manifold, and remove the fuel pipe.
