NOTE:
When assembling the nipple, apply liquid gasket.

THREE BOND 1105 (Part No. 004403010) or equivalent
Tightening torque:
17 N·m (1.7 kgf-m, 12.5 ft-lb)
1. Set the fuel pipe to the intake manifold, and install the bolts which secure fuel pipe to the intake manifold.
Tightening torque:
6.4 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
2. Set fuel injector pipes RH and LH to the intake manifold, connect fuel hoses to the fuel pipe and the fuel injector pipe LH, and secure with a clamp.
Tightening torque:
1.25 N·m (0.1 kgf-m, 0.9 ft-lb)
3. Install the fuel injector.
NOTE:
Use new O-rings.
4. Install the bolts which secure fuel injector pipe to the intake manifold.
• RH side
Tightening torque:
19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)
• LH side
Tightening torque:
T1: 6.4 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
T2: 19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)
5. Install bolts which hold the engine harness to the intake manifold.
Tightening torque:
6.4 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
6. Connect connectors (B) to the fuel injector, and secure the engine harness to the fuel injector pipe with the harness band (A).
7. Install the fuel pipe protector RH.
Tightening torque:
19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)
8. Connect connectors (B) to the fuel injector, and secure the engine harness to the fuel injector pipe with the harness band (A).
9. Install the fuel pipe protector LH.
Tightening torque:
19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)
10. Install the purge control solenoid valve. 
11. Install the EGR valve.
12. Install the throttle body to the intake manifold.
13. Connect the engine ground terminal to the intake manifold.
Tightening torque:
19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)
