INSPECTION

1. TWO-WAY VALVE

1. Check that the two-way valve has no deformation, cracks or other damages.

2. Connect the Mighty Vac to two-way valve fuel tank side.

3. Using the Mighty Vac generate the positive pressure. Check that the Mighty Vac gauge needle rises at the pressure [3.14 — 4.31 kPa (0.03 — 0.04 kgf/cm2, 0.46 — 0.62 psi)] then lower.

4. Using the Mighty Vac generate the negative pressure. Check that the Mighty Vac gauge needle does not rise.

2. OTHER INSPECTIONS

Check that the evaporation hose has no cracks, damage or loose part.
