REMOVAL

1. 5 DOOR MODEL

1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.

2. Remove the rear gate trim.

3. Remove the rear gate garnish assembly.

4. Remove the rear lock button from the rear garnish assembly after removing the two screws.

5. Remove the rear lock button bracket.

6. Remove the rear lock button from the rear gate opener button attachment hole.

2. 4 DOOR MODEL

1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.

2. Remove the trunk lid trim.

3. Remove the trunk lid garnish.

4. Remove the rear lock button from the trunk lid garnish assembly after removing the two screws.
