CHECK HARNESS.

1) Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.

2) Disconnect the connector of body integrated unit.

3) Disconnect the wiper switch connector.

4) Measure the resistance between body integrated unit and wiper switch.

Is the resistance less than 10 Ω?

Yes No

Repair the harness between body integrated unit and wiper switch.
