1. Install the stopper, etc., temporarily to the pedal bracket.
2. Clean the bushing mounting holes of the clutch pedal and brake pedal, apply grease, and attach bushings.
3. Align the holes of the pedal bracket, clutch pedal and brake pedal, and install the brake pedal return spring, assist rod, spring and bushing.
NOTE:
Clean the inside of the bushings and apply grease before installing the spacer.
1. Clean the holes in the sliding surface between the clutch pedal and bushing, and apply grease.
2. Attach the pad, stopper, spacer and bushing to the clutch pedal.
NOTE:
Clean the inside of the bushings and apply grease before installing the spacer.
3. Attach rod S, spring S, bushing S, O-ring, clip, bushing, clutch switch and bushing C to the clutch pedal bracket.
4. Attach the pedal assembly, stopper, adjusting rod, bushing and spring to the clutch pedal bracket.
5. Install the clutch pedal to the pedal bracket.
Tightening torque:
T: 30 N·m (3.1 kgf-m, 22.1 ft-lb)

6. Attach the assist rod, bushing, and assist spring to the clutch pedal and pedal bracket.
