1. Make a reinforcement panel using the material of the front side frame.
2. To cut-and-join the new part, cut at the locations in the figure above and bevel the cut-and-join location of new part.
3. When installing new part, fit the new part in position, measure each dimension according to the body dimension drawing, then adjust the position to align it to the standard dimensions.
4. Install the reinforcement panel to the new parts.
5. To install the inner, trial-fit the new and old parts, weld the old parts and the reinforcement, and then weld the new parts.
6. Install the tie down reinforcement and the frame inner reinforcement before installing the outer.
7. Because the outer cannot be welded to the old parts from the inside of the frame, open the two plug weld holes on the old parts. Install the reinforcement and the old parts by plug welding from the outside of the frame, then weld the new parts.
8. Weld each connecting part of inner, outer, set plate and wheel apron panel (front) etc.
9. Grind each joined location on the inner and outer with a disk grinder, then finish process the surface.
