Caution

• The automatic window return may not operate properly if the frame of the driver-side front power window regulator is removed from the power window motor. After performing any work, be sure to reset the power window motor. (See DRIVER-SIDE POWER WINDOW MOTOR RESETTING.)

1. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.

2. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

1. Hold the drum and the cable with the bracket to prevent them from being pulled out with the power window motor.
