FUEL INJECTION TIMING CONTROL OPERATION [MZR-CD (RF Turbo)]
BME014000000T31
• The fuel injection timing is controlled in accordance with the position of the injection pulse.
• The fuel injection start timing is determined by the crank angle standard position signal and fuel injection amount.

Injection Timing Calculation
• Based on the basic target injection timing and according to the signals from each sensor, the PCM calculates the optimal injection timing for the driving condition.
Target injection timing
-
• The target injection timing is calculated based on the engine speed and the fuel injection amount.
Injection timing correction
-
• The injection timing is corrected based on the intake air pressure, the engine coolant temperature, and the atmospheric pressure.
