1. Insert the step panel from the front, and weld each section.
2. Install the step panel, and return the floor panel to its original position. Treat the cut sections for water and corrosion protection.
3. Drill holes for plug welds before installing new parts.
4. When joining the new and old parts, temporarily install and fit the new part in position, measure each dimension according to the body dimension drawing, then adjust the position to align it to the standard dimension.
5. Install the inner side first, then the outer side.
6. Welding of (A) should be performed during installation of the outer panel.
7. After trial-fitting new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.
