BONNET ADJUSTMENT

1. Measure the gap and height between the bonnet and the body.

• If not as specified, adjust the gap and height. (See Gap Adjustment.) (See Height Adjustment.)

a: 4.0-8.0 mm {0.16-0.31 in}

b: 4.0-8.0 mm {0.16-0.31 in}

c: Bumper should not pass bonnet.

d: 4.0-8.0 mm {0.16-0.31 in}

e: 3.0-5.0 mm {0.12-0.19 in}

f: -1.5-0.5 mm {-0.059-0.019 in}

Gap Adjustment

1. Loosen the bonnet installation bolts and reposition the bonnet.

2. Tighten the bolts.

Height Adjustment

1. Turn the stop rubber to adjust the height of the bonnet.
