VERIFY THAT ROOF DUCT IS INSTALLED
• Are rear cooler duct No.1 and No.2 properly installed?

Yes
|
Check rear cooler duct No.1 and No.2 for clogging, deformation, and air leakage, then go to Step 7.

No
|
Install rear cooler duct No.1 and No.2 securely in the proper position, then go to Step 7.

INSPECT HEAT MODE
• Does air blow out in HEAT mode?

Yes
|
Operation is okay. Recheck malfunction symptoms.
|

No
|
Go to next step.

INSPECT VENT
• Is vent clogged?

Yes
|
Remove obstruction, then go to Step 7.

No
|
Go to next step.

|
VERIFY THAT HEAT DUCT IS INSTALLED
• Are rear heat duct No.4 and No.5 properly installed?
|
Yes
|
Check rear heat duct No.4 and No.5 for clogging, deformation, and air leakage, then go to next step.

No
|
Install rear heat duct No.4 and No.5 securely in the proper position, then go to next step.

VERIFY THAT MALFUNCTION SYMPTOM OCCURS AFTER REPAIR
• Does air blow out?

Yes
|
Troubleshooting completed. Explain repairs to customer.

No
|
Recheck malfunction symptoms, then repeat from Step 1 if malfunction recurs.
