OIL COOLER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L3]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Drain the engine coolant. (See COOLING SYSTEM SERVICE WARNINGS.)(See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT [L3].)

3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

4. Install in the reverse order of the removal.

Oil cooler

5. Refill the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT [L3].)

6. Inspect the oil level.

• If necessary, add oil. (See ENGINE OIL LEVEL INSPECTION.)

7. Start the engine and inspect for oil leakage.

• If the oil leaks, specify the faulty part and repair or replace it.
