Fiat Regata background information

Fiat Regata (Typ 138) – a car produced by the Italian company Fiat from 1983 to 1990. It was a sedan version for the Fiat Ritmo car.

Equipped with three types of gasoline and two diesel engines. Based on the design of the Regata body, Tofaş Şahin and Tofaş Doğan were produced in Turkey, but in terms of interior design, they were based on the rear-wheel drive Fiat 131.

Spanish carmaker SEAT produced a car with a body sedan SEAT Málaga based on Ritmo, but the development of this model was carried out by the Spaniards themselves.

A total of 822,000 cars were manufactured in Italy and 56,789 cars in Argentina.
